codependency treatment centers

What is inpatient treatment for mental illness, such as?

After little progress in the care of my psychiatrist and psychologist I am interested in going to an inpatient treatment center. I do not know if I were my depression, anxiety, codependency, or all three. I need more I'm getting help, but I wonder what its like to go to an inpatient treatment facility? And is it worth? What are the pros and cons? Looking for an idea from someone who knows anything about it because I really do not know much and want help to get better.

These places are so full now that it's really hard be admitted unless you are a danger to himself or someone else. If you go, you participate in several daily therapy sessions, medication will be regulated and distributed, and you have certain hours you can have visitors. The therapy will be in groups and individuals. That's pretty much in a nutshell. Remember that only really putting people in hospitals as you can not go outside. Maybe your therapist should change their medication or increase the frequency of therapy. Good luck to you.
