co-dependents anonymous

Echoes of CODA Co-Dependents Anonymous?

Has anyone had any experience with this group? How religious is it? Was this helpful? Is useful if you are not religious? How would you feel if your partner was attending these meetings?

Al Anon would fall into that category. These groups are affiliated with 12-step programs and not based on any particular religion. Apparently, they are useful. The fact that his other signifcant attend those meetings does not mean that is it for you. This could be due to any family member of the cause of a very close friend. Why not ask.
